Let us start with humorless approach. This is not true. Look at the song "D'yer Mak'er" -- This is a song that is supposed to be funny [and it is if you take a second to think about what he's singing about (he's taking a break up with a girl too far by singing about it to millions of fans)]. Not to mention all of the times Jimmy Page has given me goosebumps from his excellent and sometimes insane guitar solos (they don't need comedy you see?)
