Mr. Sorkin has been getting a lot of grief for this picture! He commented on his facebook page that he doesn't get to pick what is used (but think he prefers this to the arraignment shot). As for the hair color, his quote, "My hair turns lighter when I put the top down on my car and it turns grey when my daughter looks at a boy and says "Yummy"."
I bet he's a great dad!
