This photo needs to go on the header, espically since Lythgoe is not only terrified of gays, he is certainly horrified to be spotted as one, of either sex.
Isn't that the guy on Queer Eye? Or Ellen? Although I always thought those above two were one and the same. Something about luxuriantly feathered short blonde hair.
