I doubt anyone on here knew he was dead. I don't think any of this is intentionally disrespectful. Who knows that Mitchell didn't have a sense of humour?
Don't hate me, but I went to his memorial on Find a Grave, and couldn't help noticing that this was a very enduring look for him. Go and pay your respects if you like.
