I had Walter mercado on a flight once. He is EXACTLY as you would imagine. If ever anyone could wear one of Liberace's capes and own it, it would be Walter.

(P.S. Reminds me of the late Raisa Gorbachev.)

Oh man, he's actually wearing sort of man-clothes now? He used to wear fancy mu-mus with a big lion mane hairdo.

"Caprrrrrrricorrrrrrnio" Hi. Larious.

Walter is, perhaps more than many, a proverbial "beautiful person"--- whether gay, Bi, "queen", FEM--- he is a person of worth.... I grew up with his program in San Juan, and behind all that makeup there is a man who has brought a lot of beauty and HOPE to may.....My Mama used to ADORE him.... May he be happy....

To be a upright human being is to be enduring a kind of openness to the mankind, an cleverness to group uncertain things beyond your own manage, that can front you to be shattered in hugely extreme circumstances on which you were not to blame. That says something uncommonly impressive thither the prerequisite of the ethical passion: that it is based on a corporation in the unpredictable and on a willingness to be exposed; it's based on being more like a plant than like a jewel, something fairly dainty, but whose mere special beauty is inseparable from that fragility.
