Looks like Dame Joan Sutherland, the retired opera star. She isn't a lesbian, but she is a very tall older lady with a hairstyle and a chin like this guy!
I thought this was Kathleen Turner. But then that would have meant you've expanded the site to include Women You'd Think Were Dudes if they Called You on the Phone.
